i'm soon joining the university but lack the tutition fees. i thought i would be granted a state scholarship, but didn't attain the required points so i was dropped. now i would like to do a diploma in othopaedics which is three years. it will cost me 3150000 uganda shillings (1800$) for the whole three years. i will cater for my hostel fee, i only need the tutition fee which is quite huge for my peasant parents. PLEASE HELP ME .
